UNEP with Screaming Beach Cleaning as featured WED activity

120 large bags of garbage were removed from beaches in the South of Norway. 300 persons participated in the event, where creativity was used to make the garbage picking much more fun!
A range of different Screams from Nature were made with the garbage, and the film from the event was shared on the web page of the United Nations Environment Programme, related to the World Environment Day 2014.
The event was done in collaboration with GRID-Arendal, 4hjerter, Fylkesmannen i Aust-Agder, Arendal kommune, Aust-agder fuylkeskommune, Agder Renovasjon and Havforskningstintituttet.
